For your first 30 days we run your Google Ads and charge you nothing.
You pay Google directly for the ads, from your own account and card.
After 30 days: $497 a month if you keep going. No contract, cancel any time.
The Google Ads account is yours, always.
We can't promise a number of calls or jobs.
1.Who this is between
These terms are between CM Scales ("we", "us") and the business that agrees to them ("you"). They cover our Google Ads management service.
2.What we do
Set up and manage Google Search ads for your business: keywords, ad text, service area, blocked searches, budget and bidding.
Set up call and form tracking so you can see where leads come from.
Build and host a landing page for your ads, and send website quote requests to the email you choose.
Send you a short update every week and review results with you on day 30.
No ad runs until you approve it.
3.The 30-day trial
The trial starts the day your ads first go live, not the day you sign up. During the trial you pay us nothing. On or before day 30 you tell us whether to continue. If you don't want to continue, we pause your ads and you owe us nothing.
4.Our fee after the trial
If you continue, our fee is $497 per month, starting on day 31.
It's billed monthly, in advance, through our payment link, and renews each month until you cancel.
There's no contract and no cancellation fee. We don't refund partial months, but your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
5.Your ad spend
Your ad budget is paid by you directly to Google, in your own Google Ads account. CM Scales never receives or holds your ad money.
Our fee does not include ad spend.
Google may spend up to twice your daily budget on a busy day, but over a month it won't charge more than about 30.4 times your average daily budget.
You can see every dollar and change or pause the budget at any time.
6.Your account is yours
You own your Google Ads account, its data and its history. We manage it through a manager-account link, which you can remove at any time. We never ask for your password or your identity documents. When our service ends, we remove our access or you can remove it yourself.
7.What we need from you
Accurate information about your business, services, prices and service area.
Only true claims in your ads and on your landing page (for example licensed, insured, same-day). You confirm the claims we use are true.
Photos, logos and reviews that you have the right to use.
Any licenses your trade needs, and completing Google's advertiser verification yourself if Google asks.
Answering or returning calls and quote requests. Leads we send are only worth something if someone responds.
8.No guarantee of results
We work to get you more calls at a lower cost, but we can't guarantee a number of calls, leads, jobs or revenue. Results depend on things outside our control, including Google's systems, competition, seasonality and how leads are handled.
9.Google's rules
Your ads must follow Google's advertising policies. Google can review, limit, disapprove or suspend ads or accounts at its own discretion. We'll help you resolve issues, but we aren't responsible for Google's decisions.
10.Your landing page and leads
We host your landing page while you're a client. If you stop, we take it down within 30 days unless you ask us for a copy of the files. We use the details people submit in your quote forms only to deliver those leads to you. We never sell them.
11.Ending the service
Either of us can end the service at any time with a text or email. We'll pause the ads the same day we hear from you, or right away if you prefer to pause them yourself.
12.Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to this service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't responsible for lost profits, ad spend, or indirect losses.
13.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
How to agree: reply "I agree" to our welcome email or text. That counts as accepting these terms. Questions first? Just ask.
