Information you give us. When you fill out our fit questions, submit a lead form in one of our ads (for example on TikTok), or book a call, we collect:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. We may also use cookies or similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether our own advertising is working.
Our quick-answer chat on the site doesn’t collect or store anything you type or click.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We don’t share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

We and our partners, such as Google and TikTok, may use cookies or similar tools to measure which ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and TikTok ad personalisation in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy > Ads.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we’re in contact about your inquiry or while you’re a client, and as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ads@cmscales.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honour them as the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
